After 2+ years of house hunting and (informal) market research, my partner and I were ready to buy our first home. We did not have an agent working with us (for various reasons). We met Rhonda at an open house (a new construction).

She showed us the house we were thinking of buying. She gave us space while we looked around. We sort of said to her "it's your lucky day, let's do this!" and she has been amazingly helpful ever since. When we decided to buy the house, Rhonda immediately connected us to a lender (on a Sunday afternoon) and by Monday evening we were reviewing & signing the contract.

We had so many questions and revisions to the contract. Rhonda answered them all. I appreciate her firm and clear communication style (yes is a yes, no is a no, keeping us realistic and well-informed) as we navigated the home buying process which was very new to us. She took the time to explain the details of the contract to me, which I really appreciated because English is not my first language.

She also negotiated with the seller and got us a fridge (which did not come with the house). Rhonda always celebrated us by giving us cookies when we went under contract, not to mention many other cool house warming gifts at our closing.

In short, I highly recommend Rhonda. She is kind and thoughtful, very good at communication, and very responsive to our questions & concerns. She helped guide us through the first time home buying process with professionalism and excellent negotiation skills.
